  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier service availability


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 4–7 days for tracking updates to appear in the courier system after dispatch.

Velor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Velor is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier.
